1. Visit the Chrome Web Store

In Google Chrome, go to the Chrome Web Store by entering the URL chromewebstore.google.com in the address bar.

2. Install the Save to Google Drive Extension

In the search box at the top left, type Save to Google Drive and press Enter. Find the Save to Google Drive extension in the search results, click on it, then click the Add to Chrome button. Confirm by clicking Add extension in the pop-up.

3. Configure the Extension

After installation, click the Extensions icon (puzzle piece) in the top-right corner of Chrome and find Save to Google Drive. Click the three dots next to it and select Options. In the options menu, you can choose the default folder where files will be saved, file format preferences, and other settings according to your needs.

4. Use the Extension to Save Web Content

Open the webpage containing the content (images, documents, audio, or video) you want to save. To save, right-click on the content and select Save Image to Google Drive from the context menu. For this example, we are saving a photo from a shopping website to our Drive.

5. Manage Your Saved File (optional)

Go to drive.google.com to view your saved file. Click the three dots next to it to rename, share, move, or delete it as needed.
